Your Guide to Care
Care: Very adaptable, easy to care for plant.
Light: The windmill palm prefers partial shade to shade, however as you go further north it can tolerate more sunlight (all the way to full sunlight).
Water: Once established, you should water about once or twice a week.
Temperature: 65 to 75F. This cold hardy tropical can withstand temperatures to 10F making it the perfect palm tree for cooler climates!
Humidity: Moderate levels of humidity are preferred. If you notice crispy ends your plant may need more humidity. You can provide humidity with a humidifier or by misiting it.
Feeding: Fertilize with a slow release fertilizer in spring and again in late summer/early fall.

While this plant is highly adaptable, brown leaves could be indicating underwatering and/or low humidity levels.
